Who is Learnzi for?
Learnzi is built for independent Sri Lankan O/L and A/L teachers who want to take their teaching online. Bring your subject knowledge and build your own classes, with the tools to manage them in one place.
Do I need technical skills to get started?
Your subject is your expertise. The platform is ours. You don’t need to code or build a website to create classes, share recorded lessons or accept card payments through Learnzi.
How much does Learnzi cost?
There’s no signup fee and no monthly fee. You keep 80% of each sale, and Learnzi earns 20%. Full payment, payout and refund terms will be available with registration.
Can I set my own class fees?
Yes. Your teaching, your fees. You choose what to charge for your classes and study packs. Learnzi’s 20% commission applies to each sale.
What happens after I register?
Tell us about yourself, your subject and the level you teach. We’ll review your profile. Once it’s approved, you can create your classes and study packs and start your teaching journey on Learnzi.
Can I offer live classes and recorded lessons?
Yes. Teach live classes and build study packs with recorded lessons students can revisit. Keep your lessons and supporting learning materials organised through your teacher dashboard.
How do card payments and teacher payouts work?
Let students pay by card through Learnzi and you get paid to your bank directly. You can see your earnings in your teacher dashboard. Payment and payout terms will be provided with registration.
Can I track how my students are doing?
Get to know your students through their details and performance, and conduct exams through Learnzi. Use what you learn to plan stronger lessons and support their progress.
Will Learnzi bring students to my classes?
Learnzi is being built as a marketplace where students can discover independent teachers. You can also bring your existing students to your classes. Student numbers and earnings aren’t guaranteed.
What if I run an institute?
Individual teachers are at the heart of Learnzi. Institutes can also request a custom learning platform, including HLS video streaming and teaching tools tailored to their requirements.
